Record all the relevant details for your insurance claim from the other party/parties. The following is key information to record:

Smartfleet Accident Management are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The operator will ask several questions relating to the accident and will issue further instructions.
If you are unable to contact Smartfleet Accident Management (for example, you have no access to a phone) or if the vehicle must be moved immediately, instruct the tow truck operator to tow the vehicle to their holding yard only. Then contact Smartfleet Accident Management at your earliest convenience.
