As of this week, we have the majority of our staff working remotely across the business to ensure we can support you with your fleet needs in an ongoing basis. We're confident that critical activities like vehicle registration, distribution of fuel cards, ordering and delivery of vehicles can continue. If there are any changes we will advise you.
All processes that are carried out remotely are conducted through secure remote connections. Our IT resiliency and Business Continuity Plans are thoroughly tested on a regular basis. Our internal IT team continue to ensure our fleet management system, pool vehicle booking system and website remain operational with a heightened level of support in our multiple offices nationally. You may see some localised changes to speed depending on your local internet provider.
We can also confirm that at this point there are no impacts to our service levels or suppliers (fuel card providers etc) however as the environment is currently changing daily we will continue to work closely with our suppliers to ensure we keep you updated with any further changes.
