Exciting update regarding our Online Maintenance Platform

Here at Smartfleet, we are always looking for ways to improve and ensure our systems are efficient. We’re pleased to announce that the online process used by vehicle maintenance providers to request work on vehicles for Smartfleet is changing.  

The current Smartfleet Online Maintenance Platform for authorisation requests will be replaced, and we will move to the AutoGuru platform. This change will take place in August 2022 and be used for managing all services and repairs. The Smartfleet Maintenance team will continue to review requests to ensure compliance with your requirements.  

We’re excited for this change as it will equip us with the latest software developments and allow us to later roll out a number of helpful initiatives. We’ll be in touch with more information on these once available.
