Lost or stolen fuel cards?
During business hours
Please report your stolen or lost fuel card, from a company email address, to admin@smartfleetaustralia.com.au stating the registration of the vehicle and provider of the fuel card.
Outside of business hours
Please call the fuel card issuer on:

- BP: 1300 130 027
- Shell: 13 16 18
- Chargefox: 1300 518 038
And next business day report this, from a company email address, to admin@smartfleetaustralia.com.au stating the registration of the vehicle and provider of the fuel card.
